It seems the sun is back in Sydney after a week or so of rain (and more rain), so Carolyn and I found ourselves in the Paramount Coffee Project - a cafe tucked away in the quieter streets of Surry Hills. And if the amazing food and service wasn't enough, the interior design definitely won us over.
