As an avid fan of fried chicken and also catching up, today's adventure to Burger Project was easily one to fill what seems to be an endless stream of days spent in my bed. Although things didn't really go to plan, any day where a burger is involved is definitely a good day to me.

I also hope everyone has had a very happy holiday season! I may have done a little damage on Boxing Day but it is completely justifiable, I promise. As cheesy as it sounds, the year has definitely flown by but not without its fair share of good memories.
